Xinjiang Goldwind was awarded a certificate of excellence in investor relations during IR Magazine’s 2015 Greater China Award Ceremony on December 2 in Hong Kong. Goldwind was recognized as a leader in investor relations within the Energy Sector and was the only new energy company to be recognized at the event.
IR Magazine seeks to highlight the best investor relations teams from Greater China, including mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan, by conducting an independent survey of investor perceptions that identifies the best corporate investor relations teams across a range of categories. Over 370 respondents were interviewed this year. Goldwind was awarded the certificate of excellence, along with the other three traditional energy companies, within the energy sector in the Greater China region.
By collecting in-depth feedback from investors, this award provides a fair and objective evaluation of listed companies’ performance with regard to investor relations, corporate governance, meeting shareholder needs and senior management participation.
Goldwind’s investor relations team seeks to add value for shareholders, by reaching out to investors in a timely manner, while achieving consistent compliance with information disclosure regulations. Face-to-face meetings, conference calls, site visits, and social media, provide multiple channels of communication with the financial community. Goldwind’s financial results briefings, annual online-briefings, domestic and overseas roadshow activities and analyst meetings have established a comprehensive, timely and effective communication platform, meeting our regulatory disclosure requirements and fostering an open and transparent relationship with shareholders.
Goldwind’s investor relations team has also established comprehensive internal process and performance evaluation system, and we seek to continuously improve the quality service to all investors in order to enhance our relationship with shareholders.
